Service Description
This is a beginners course which we will cover STAW, GMAW, FCAW and TGAW welding processes as well as the PAC, OC and CAC-A cutting processes. Over the ten 32-hour weeks we will learn key positions, weld joints and techniques for each of the 4 welding processes in accordance with AWS Structural Code D1.1. We will also learn how to set-up, dial in and troubleshoot welding machines for each process. Alongside skill building, we will have daily safety talks, equipment demonstrations, and even some jobsite tours! For students who wish to begin their career in the trades, we will help guide them their desired industry so that they can hit the ground running immediately following course completion. This course runs 32 hours a week for 10 weeks, Mon-Thu 8:00am-4:00PM
Cancellation Policy
In the event that People’s Inclusive Welding must cancel a Night Session or Workshop following steps will be taken: * Refunds will be issued * The Website will be updated to show that the class is unavailable * Social Media will make a cancellation post (Instagram) In the event that an individual must cancel their reservation for a Night Session or Workshop the following steps must be taken in order to receive a refund: * The individual must cancel their reservation in whichever platform it was originally reserved (online, phone, etc.) BEFORE the class begins. In the event that People’s Inclusive Welding must cancel a scheduled shop day for a 320 hour or 60 hour course, the following steps will be taken: * Direct messages will be sent to all who are enrolled * Make up days will be scheduled In the event that an individual must miss a day of their 320 hour or 60 hour course the following steps should be taken: * Inform the instructor * Schedule a make-up session In the event that an individual must cancel their course registration they should ***SEE THE PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY***
