This 6 week night course will teach students the SMAW and FCAW welding processes. We will learn how to set-up an inverter power source and wire feeder. We will practice fillet weld joints in multiple positions. Students will leave this workshop with a basic understanding of SMAW and FCAW welding in the Flat, Horizontal and Vertical positions in accordance with AWS Structural code D1.1
